A partnership between Indigenous organizations, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, and federal and provincial government departments
The Wolastoq / Saint John River Priority Place Collaborative is a partnership between Indigenous organizations, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, and federal and provincial government departments.
We work to improve Species at Risk and biodiversity through collaborative research, sharing of knowledge and on-the-ground action in Wolastoq (the Saint John River Basin, New Brunswick).
An important aspect of our collaborative work in the Priority Place is strengthening partnerships.
Working together allows for increased on-the-ground actions and co-benefits for species and ecosystems.
